We've got some lovely woodcut prints by Edinburgh illustrator James Albon in the gallery. James has just graduated from Edinburgh College of Art and his work was one of our favourites in the illustration degree show. Jess Bradley

Next week we are excited to begin showing the lovely linocuts that are the handiwork of local artists Jess Bradley. Jess is inspired by nature and the prints we will be exhibiting capture a wide range of British wildlife from Puffins to Woodpeckers. They are all printed by Jess on her very own printing press at her home in the Scottish Borders.

Gerry Gapinski's dark and brooding prints evoke a Burke and Hare era Edinburgh full of fog and dark goings on. They are available here in the gallery and soon to be shown in the Earl of Marchmont pub. They are proving popular with the locals who seem to have an affinity with the darker side of edinburgh life.

These lovely bold prints are new from local Edinburgh artist Hipster Spinster The peacock is currently brightening up our window along with a wise old owl.

One of our favourite artists Eleni Kalorkoti is leaving the cold behind and heading for the sunnier and more exciting climate of Paris in a week or so...lucky her! She has a mega sale in her online shop before it closes indefinately so head over there for a bargain. Alternatively we will still be stocking birdy cards and prints so pop in to the gallery for those.
